Jio eSIM 5G Not Working on iPhone

Hi Robin bro, I am also having same issue in Jio as well. I’m having 24 rs in Jio sim but still having “waiting for activation” error. using this SIM for last 1 year.

that is not normal bro. within mobile data settings you have 5G ON or set to Auto? kindly share the screenshot in below reply.

I tried in LTE, 5G auto, 5G on mode as well bro

Make sure iOS updated to latest version bro, then talk to jio customer care once. mostly they will send a technician to your place and get it fixed. if its iPhone or iOS specific issue when 5G is very well available in your area, then a simple “Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings” itself will help to fix it.
