Hy Bro . I’m using iphone 14 plus . It’s been only two weeks and I’m facing a problem with video quality while using mobile data. YouTube videos, instagram reels looks pixel broke, not clear and very low quality but it’s somewhat good while using wifi . Is it normal? Is there any solution for this ? Please bro I’m new to this apple gadgets and I’m confused.
if its happening only with mobile data, then it could be due to poor internet speed via mobile data bro. This might be temporary. do open speedtest.net website in safari and run speedtest bro. how much speed you are getting in mobile data. that will help decide.
Thank you bro .But bro i dont think it’s because of internet speed. I do see some small unclear square boxes moving randomly ( it is noticed when giving close attention) at the place where there’s a moment in the video ( eg :like when a person is speaking, his lip moments ) , I can’t even see people’s faces in the video properly it looks somewhat unclear and foggy even while using wifi i face this problem in certain reels . I don’t know how to explain it properly bro should I consult any technician for this ?
