Bro I have facing the low volume during calls when I connected with my Bluetooth Earphone (TWS),there Is no problem with my earphones because I have checked with various mobile phone, it’s actually working very good but in my phone I’m facing low volume during call when I connected my tws any solution???
Hi bro, do perform “Settings - general - reset - reset all settings” once and check whether any improvement. make sure the volume is full during a call and check with the headphone bro. let me know if that helps or not.

For music its working good bro? only during calls you are facing low volume? can you reset headphone once, unpair and pair it fresh again with iPhone and check?
I did all the thing which you have told, I have rested my Earbuds also , and also I visited oneplus service center, they also said nothing wrong in the earphones it’s in good condition like that, and I personally used this earphones in another android phones it’s working good, I have facing this problem from last two weeks only, if you have any solution just tell me Anna

Where you able to fix this issue? I’m facing the same issue with Oneplus nord buds 3 pro for calls. I have iPhone 15 Plus, during calls i have to set the volume at 65-80% to hear clearly in an indoor room, else i can hear the people around me talking clearly(This is in normal mode). In my previous TWS, i didnt face this issue.
Any suggestion? I spoke to the representative of Oneplus and been to the service center 3 times. They always say that there is no issue and everything is alright. I cant hear anything at level 1-3 volume during calls using the buds.
Just to check whether the issue is with iPhone or headphone, can you try different headset once and see if same problem appears or not bro?
It is not that bad with the order TWS. But on near similar grounds…like I need to set it at 50-60% to hear clearly.
The thing is that this increase of volume is causing the battery to be drained quickly as well. So its not 1 issue due to the low volume but 2 that I’m facing (low volume and battery drain). I can understand that a 2 year old TWS needs to increase the volume but a 3 day old TWS is a bit surprising.
As the headset is older, sometimes it could be due to dusts or ear wax causing the volume to be low when we listen music. just a possibility. if this is the same case since the beginning then its recommended to check once with android phone bro. same headset with android phone and see how the audio quality is.
anyhow, fixing the low volume is not possible I think when the issue is same with android phone too. so we may have to change the headphone.
