In Last November 2022 I replaced my entire screen under warranty for flickering issue and before that I already replaced my top case for backlight issues. And this 2023 Jan I again facing issue of some keys and backlight was not working properly and I also got replaced by apple authorized center . Last Feb my warranty was expired and I faced issue with dead pixel in my macbook air m1 for that I paid 40000 Rupees I paid for it and Now I again facing the issue of macbook keyboard sticking issue in the mac. From the last Jan only 60 days was completed and 30 days is remaining so I want a device replacement as necessary.
Because it make me loss of time and loss of money. For this macbook air M1 I submit this device and I got more replacement done by apple still problem is not resolved I need a replacement device as necessary.
Within warranty period if second time problem happens, we should claim for replacement bro. we may have to talk to apple senior level technicians but that can be done. you have gone through some really bad experience bro.
Its new model and whenever we buy mac, its recommended to get applecare+ for complete three year protection. But your case doesn’t look like problem happening during your usage. its mostly manufacturing defect.
Do talk to apple customer care toll free number bro. as its not under warranty, they may reject. but try to reach senior level tech support person. they may be able to offer solution for one time considering your frequent problem within 2 years. If they helped you fix it, then try to sell the device for decent price and move to new laptop but this time with additional 2 years warranty coverage bro. Just my suggestion.
That should be done bro. try to ask for replacement this time and you are tired of getting each spare and components repaired few months once. you are correct to ask for replacement.
I dont think its possible when you talk to apple customer care they have the permission to approve it bro. This is just my suggestion, do try sending the complete history of your service and problems faced to tcook@apple.com the email address I have got from google search.
If you receive any response, it will be from a person who can authorised refunds or replacements. just if its within their power, they will do that. else they could provide replacement of new macbook.
Explain it in simple terms with date or month wise service issues you have experienced. I hope it helps. Give it a try bro. meanwhile don’t delay talking to apple customer support also as you have only 30 more days warranty left for the replaced product.
Bro help me with this is issue bro again i submitted this device two days before and today i got call from service center they told only option to get a replacement part and i also put a mail to tcook mail id but still i dont get any updates
hi bro, they may take time to reply and usually a senior support technician contact you regarding the problem after receiving the email. For now, if apple support technician is not getting you product replacement, then try to escalate the issue and talk to his supervisor.
