If the warranty date shows some expiration date, then its already activated product bro. open box or less used may be. kindly check and buy only from trsuted shop or seller. there should be no false information.
for the second screenshot, you can activate warranty by uploading purchase invoice, if the mac bought from proper shop with bill copy. contacting apple customer care will help to do the activation.
