Hi Bro… I am using 2020 MacBook Air … I was working in it and left it in sleep mode yesterday… At night when I opened it, it showed the Apple logo like restarting and showed a exclamation mark with a round and a link like Apple.com/support/restore… I have called Apple support and I asked them about this … They said me to take it to service center … They said my mac need to revived or restarted …Why this happen and will there be a complete data loss??
hello bro, thats the correct suggestion bro. we can try PRM or SMC Reset following these instructions.
If that didnt help, then do visit nearest apple service center. If there is no damage in the ssd chip, then data loss wont be there. else they will let you know what can be done.
