No Mac OS is not yet updated using still Sonoma 14.4.1
Do report to the app developer via an email about this high memory consumption if possible bro. using few GBs of memory is ok, but 35GB of memory is too much. we can try reinstalling that particular application and see if any bug fix happens too.
