People are using it without issues as far as I know. you are report the problem to teams app support. they usually fixes such crash problem quickly. meanwhile can you use the web based teams interface?

You can submit request through Microsoft Support bro.
Usually, non M1 compatible apps run using Rosetta software available in MacOS. If that too crashes then microsoft have to fix it. You are able to use it via web correct? Apps is crashing repeatedly? Am I correct bro?

OK bro, do submit a request explaining the issue in above support link. we can expect a fix mostly in a month or two with update to the app. meanwhile continue using it in web browser.

Microsoft support - chat - immediately replied and provided solution
after deleting the files from “/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/” this location, able to run the Teams app.
