I am receiving Ms Teams call in normal calls instead of in-app call so how to get in-app calls in iPhone 16 pro

Hi bro, unfortunately its not possible to remove the VoIP calls used by whatsapp, ms teams and other apps from iPhone call history. To avoid phone app being used by apps without user knowledge, apple made it mandatory to display the app service name in the phone app call history.

We can store 1500 calls details right now after iOS 18 update. that may help.

There is a way to disable the ms team calls showing up in iPhone recent calls list. Toggle the “Show teams calls in call log” from calling option in ms teams settings.
