hi, two possibilities. one is SIM card issue or modem hardware issue. kindly change sim card and see if the issue fixed or not. otherwise we have to check with apple service center once.

My phone model is 15pro max using for 18 months
if the sim card is older than 2 or 3 years, consider changing it by visiting nearest network showroom. that will help fixing it if its sim card specific issue. or you can try different sim card from family members or friends device and see if thats working or not.
