Hi bro, not sure if it’s a bug but started facing it post iOS18 on 15 pro max. When you listen to music on Apple Music and if someone calls and you speak (I tested only in speaker). Post the call, music sound goes down and it continues staying like that. To fix, we need to reduce the volume fully and slide it back. This is my observation. Pls check once at your end bro.
Possibly a bug bro. will check with airpods and apple music. will let you know.

Pls do check with speakers too bro to isolate the issue is not just with me 
When we remove the airpods volume automatically reduces to prevent loud sound played on the speaker or when we connect airpods first volume reduces bro. that is normal.
but after phone call my music volume didnt change. its set to 80% and stayed the same when I disconnected the phone call.
I think the issue could be specific to your device bro.
as a basic troubleshooting can you restart the iPhone once and check?
Thanks for checking brother. Requesting for one more. You play Apple Music on your phone. You receive a call and you put it on speaker mode and once the call gets disconnected, your music would resume as it gets paused during call. Does it resume with the actual sound which you heard before or get reduced to minimal volume even though the volume bar stays as is without getting changed?
its the same volume bro. its unchanged after the call disconnected. only when I switch between airpods and iphone speaker, volume changes to avoid loud sounds.
