Yes bro. I just checked and same problem happens. I normally use Google maps as Apple maps dont have much data available in India Region. But the voice command to get navigation or directions isnt working at the first attempt. It suddenly worked and again stopped working.
We need to wait for a bug fix related to this issue. meanwhile, we have to use it manually.

Sir, this problem still not resolved. Will it get resolved in the next update?
Possible bro. This could be issue specific to current iOS version. give some time till next update comes out.
