It’s 2014 model macbook pro, The battery is not working now. It will work only when power is on
Battery must have reached its limit bro. Changing battery at apple service center could let us use the device normally once again. Usually macbook batteries come for 4.5 to 5 years maximum. then we change it at service center to run for another 4+ years bro.
