Before the Update, Passcode was not working after the Watch Update bro . Wrist detection work agala.. Passcode settings open pannuna, wrist detection toggle was alone, accessible. But other option Use panna mudiyala .

Looks like screen time feature restrictions is ON bro. can you try turning off settings - screen time and then check? if its passcode enabled turn off passcode and disabled screentime completely. then check bro.
