Hi Sir, i had purchased cibil subscription thru iphone , the money gor debited to apple services but the app mentions payment failed, i tried getting refund in all ways possible but in the refund tab of apple services the app is mentioned as free so couldnt get refund , let me if there is any other way

As its official app and you have made payment using UPI or Apple Funds Balance bro? In that case it should reflect in your recent purchase history too. can you check within appstore - your profile photo at top right corner - purchase history. do you see the recent transaction?
I paid thru UPI but it doesnt show in recent transactions
If the cibil app is not reflecting the payment or apple funds not showing the payment then it will be refunded in 5 to 7 days normally bro. kindly wait and you will receive the funds back to bank account. check the statement as banks wont send notifications for certain refunds.
