I have this issue in the beginning of the ios 17 itself bro till now i updated 17.1 but there is no fix to this is this a bug or its really taking 2.3gb space from storage? If so i have only few contacts poster and 500 contacts i have totally. Can you suggest me why its taking that much storage and a solution for it please ?
This problem requires update from app developers side bro. as I read last time, apple is already working with Meta company to let insta and other apps and developers to bring more optimisation to reduce heat and storage capacity overall.
Currently, if it reaches around 5GB or higher size we have to reinstall the app to reduce the size. as we use video and images the cache and temporary files may increase. but it takes few weeks and months time to reach the 5GB storage level.
this is a temporary solution. But soon we will see fixes bro.
