When you tap on resume it takes you to specific post you were writing before or to some other page bro?

Yes go to previous page

This problem specific to facebook app bro. you can try reinstalling facebook app once and check whether the same problem appears or not. Both facebook and instagram are keep on changing features and location of icons. which makes it hard for users to continue figuring out whether its a feature or bug.

Only with updates they fix such problems. anyhow, try reinstalling facebook app and see bro.

then this must be facebook app latest update feature roll out bro. we can expect this to have separate settings within facebook app or you can write to facebook via help/support feedback to get a fix in next update.

Yes bro. Facebook rolls out different feature set and versions for iPhone and Android. Even with Instagram App we have so much difference with features between different accounts.
