for Apple Watch, I wont personally suggest any other third party chargers bro. using original cable always gives fast charging. all other 3rd party cables give us slow charging speed.

But in general as I mentioned in one of our raegr 3 in 1 charger review, apple watch charging alone has speed limit to avoid damaging the watch battery or device getting overheated. so 3.5w or 2.5w is the charging most of them provide, which will take so much time to charge our apple watch. instead original cable supports fast charging and optimised charging feature in apple watch adjusts according to our previous weeks usage.
if slow charging is OK for you, then you may consider it bro.
Understood bro. But for travel and emergency purpose this is compact right to charge watch , Mobile and earbuds.
One more doubt . I usually charging my watch with my iPhone’s 20watt adapter. So it won’t affect the watch right ?

there wont be problem with the watch bro. as its from branded one. you may try it with any branded adapter too. with USB C cable it wont be a problem. Portronics, Ambrane brands are doing good with making adapters.
