Iam using iphone 13, last week suddenly a green line arrived in right side of the screen. Since it is a display how can I contact apple support for the replacement. Iam using the phone for morethan 3 years. What should i ask them for getting the screen replaced . Bottom end of the phone some paint of the phone has gone, will they reject the submission. Please let me know what should i do .
hi bro, as its not under warranty they will check whether any physical or internal damage present on the device. as its been 3 years chances of accepting for green line issue is very rare. for green screen when no physical or internal damage they make exceptions even the product is out of warranty.
So far green lines are not identified as defects. mostly due to pressure on the display or cable hardware power management related issue.
you can check with nearest apple service center once and see if its possible to make any exception to get free display replacement or service fee 2500 approximately paid service.
Because display costs 32K for iPhone 13 model. Check with them once and see bro. else we have to go with third party check to see if it can be repaired without replacing the display.
