when I do full screen of safari I get this line.
minimize then full screen, line goes
I face this only in safari

I tried to recreate in my macbook and mac studio, but so far nothing like that happening. this could be minor bug. have you updated to latest macOS?

yes bro, latest version only
Try reducing the zoom level with Command + key or Command - key and see if the black bar disappears bro. else do visit apple service center once and check whether it can be fixed or not. this mostly looks like software bug.
