I contacted apple support about apple music trial subscription they asked me to share the screen and they said once i cancel the apple subscription after 3years only i can activate the trial pack again or else i have to open new apple id
is it okay share a screen with apple support team??
hi bro, yes its absolutely fine. if you contacted apple support via support app then its good. dont respond to calls you receive from random numbers when you havent requested any support. or even it says apple support dont respond to such calls or share your screen. thats not safe.
