Hello, I’ve been using the Spensio app for one month and I’m currently on the Pro version. At present, there is no cloud backup option. When I uninstall the app, all data gets deleted. Also, when I export and import the file, only expenses are restored-loans and subscriptions are missing.
Could you please let me know if cloud storage will be added in the future, or if there is any way to safely back up and restore all data after reinstalling the app?
Hi bro, as we are fixing bugs and adding new features, I am just keeping the icloud sync option in pending. Yes the icloud backup option will be added very soon.
Just if we want to add any other important attributes to include in the icloud sync, adding them later will be complicated. so only holding the icloud sync feature.
within 2 months maximum time we will bring iCloud sync and widgets features. Thanks for your understanding.
For now, only if we do full icloud backup the data will be safe. otherwise not deleting the app is recommended till update arrives.
