I have installed the Tamil T99 keyboard in my new iPad Air. I am able to type in Tamil using the screen keyboard. However when I attempted to type with the Logitech physical keyboard I am not able to get the T99 characters. How can this issue be resolved? Perhaps my setting is incorrect. Please advise. Thanks.
hi bro, did you try configuring the keyboard manually? go to settings - general - keyboard - hardware keyboard option after connected, do you see manual mapping option?

when the hardware keyboard is connected, it could show keyboard mapping option bro. from what I understand, the other language keyboards are intended to use onscreen. at software level. they are not designed well to integrate with hardware keyboard unfortunately. we have to use third party apps to do such typing works that works well with hardware keyboard.
Have you used any third party keyboard apps?
