hi bro, new eSIMs or physical sims take 24 hours to send or receive any service and normal messages. give 2 days time and then try to activate iMessage in settings - Messages - iMessage toggle.

Do you still have any previous number eSIm or physical number details under settings - mobile data section bro?

Also your network? Airtel or Jio?
