Unable to Find Files Downloaded using Safari in iPhone

Hope you are doing good.

I used safari to download my aadhar card. It says it’s downloaded but am not able to find the file anywhere even in FILES folder. In my safari settings , it is set as the downloaded files to be stored in iCloud downloads. But am not able to find it.
Where to find the downloaded aadhar pdf?

This seems to happen only for aadhar as previously I was able to view other site downloads in the files app

hello bro, I am good. thank you. hoping you too. you can change the location from icloud downloads to within iPhone Storage bro. then check again by downloading aadhaar file once again. sometime due to the website or server we visit, they send the files but it takes few seconds or a minute to see them in the files app.

try this above step and see bro.

Am doing good thanks.

Unfortunately am still not able to view the file after changing the downloads storage to iPhone.
I tried in Firefox too and it’s the same.

I tried downloading the aadhar in android phone via firefox and it’s downloading correctly.

Is there any setting I need to change in iPhone? Have you heard anyone else facing this issue in this group for AADHAAR downloads?

So far no such issues reported by fellow iPhone users bro. are you able to download any other files from websites? other than Aadhaar file?

Yes. I am able to download other files and the same is found on the files app as well inside downloads folder.

looks like the Aadhaar download is not happening in iPhones.

so strange bro. if its iOS issue then none of the files should have downloaded. you have to find alternative method to download and move this file to your Files App, Google Drive or iCloud Drive. may be from a computer this time. in upcoming updates we will see fix.
