Unable to register my Post Office IPPB Account in my iPhone 14 Plus

I am using IPPB MOBILE APP……
By default it fills OTP…. But this I am unable to do in 14 Plus……
Kindly advice

If the app didnt update to latest iOS 17 compatibility, then we may see such failure of certain features bro. Give some time and we may see updates from IPPB App developers and more features will be working good. If there is a contact option to the app developer within the app, do write to them.

That helps most of the time.

But kindly solve it …as I am retired…and withdrawing PO Interest from IPPB Mob App is easier….as I was doing with my Android Mobile

Till the developers release an update to fix the problem, we have to use the alternative option sir.
