Bro can I upgrade from iPhone 14 Plus 128 gb which I have changed battery with unknown part error for the past 1.5 years working fine to iPhone 17. I faced storage shortage and thinking that the battery might fail at some point of time. Pls advice
hi bro, yes from 14 plus to iPhone 17 will be a good upgrade. smaller display may take some time to adapt, but its a perfect device for every day usage. you can sell it for decent value right now and move to iPhone 17 using exchange offer or sell it separately outside.

As Iām going to exchange my 14 plus to a retail shop like sathya what are the safety precautions to be taken before trading the phone to show room and let me know how to erase all the photos without any trace and other data safety measures
at sathya they will suggest you to do full reset and signout of apple id bro. to let them proceed with refurbished process and sell it in used market.
Perform settings - general - reset - erase data and reset all settings.
Make sure to backup all important data before doing this process.
Due to encryption on disk, recovery of data is not possible by end users. then logout of your apple id to turn off find my service.
Then you can hand it over to them.
