hi bro, 15 plus to pro or pro max can be considered as an upgrade. mainly 120Hz Display and camera system upgrade. But if 15 plus meets your every day usage requirement then upgrading to 17 series will be smart choice bro.
you will notice some better difference. 15 plus is still best iPhone model with good battery backup.
