Hi Bro,
Hope you’re doing great.
I’m using an iPhone 13, and I noticed that a few of my expired tickets are still visible in Apple Wallet. There’s an option to remove them, but I prefer to keep them for my records and don’t want to delete them permanently. Can you please help me with this bro, why was this particular ticket not automatically moved to the expired section? is there any way I can move it manually to the expired section instead of removing it permanently bro?
Hello bro, are these tickets visible in home screen of wallet app or within expired details page?
Hi Bro,
It’s visible on the home screen of the wallet app. I have added a screenshot below bro.
hi bro, just checked with a friend who is using wallet app. he showed that by viewing expired passes he have an option to delete them too. open that particular pass and see if you have an option to delete or remove pass.
Hi Bro,
There is an option to delete those(which expired) but I just want to keep those tickets as a part of the journey memories. without permanently deleting those tickets, I want to move them to the expired section. is there any way bro, pls suggest.
PS: As you can see bro, already 30 Tickets were in the expired section but only those 5 flight tickets were able to be seen in the wallet app home section.
Oh thats not possible it seems bro. recent tickets will show and when the space is not enough, then it will be pushed to expired section based on dates. you can submit a feedback to apple here,
Currently till new passes or tickets saved, they will show limited data in home screen bro.
Hi Bro,
Thanks for the update, I dropped the message to the Apple feedback section as well, and will update here, if I get any resolutions from them.
Thanks for your support bro.
