hi bro, with cellular version you dont have to carry phone with you to make or receive phone calls and messages. when iPhone is nearby apple watch cellular uses network service from iPhone. other times it works independently.

in GPS apple watch model iPhone has to be nearby all the time to use internet services. I hope it helps.

We use an eSIM for connectivity in watch right
Will that be the same number as we use in iPhone or a different number
(For calls and msgs)
