Hi robin bro… hope you’re doing good… bro last year october 12th 2023, i have bought an iphone 14, i am new to ios bro, i moved whatsapp datas from android to ios through itool lab paid software, My datas are transferred successfully.
Later the medias(photos, videos, voice audio,pdfs)not showing bro, it shows fully black media and I have 128gb variant storage but i have enough storage in my iphone (65gb)remaining, and i have icloud subscription (50gb) but in whatsapp backup, it shows low storage space so clear 2gb space to backup it shows,
but i have enough storage and again when i tap backup, it automatically deletes my media bro in whatsapp app not in photos app. Sometimes it deletes today or tomorrow or else it takes within a month or 2 months , like media files are black but the chats are there, Later i upgraded my iCloud to 200gb storage,
now not showing storage issue but still medias are showing black, if suppose again i tap a backup means also medias are deleting and the thing is i am using whatsapp linked device in android and web also, there the medias are all showing bro:face_holding_back_tears:
i don’t know why it happens , I am facing this problem nearly one year. I didn’t use my phone properly due to this issue bro😭.So please give me a solution to rectify this problem bro. Thanks in advance🙏🏻
hi bro, sorry to know. looks like the transfer of backup is not successful. did you try with move to ios whatsapp backup transfer we suggested in our videos?
I have tried wondershare whatsapp transfer as suggested in one of our video. but havent tried itool yet.
with Wondershare whatsapp transfer It was successful for me. I have explained step by step process in the video too.
once the transfer done successfully, then you can take backup to icloud bro. the data will be safe.
Do you still have the android phone not formatted? whats contact still there?

Phone reset intha time la help pannathunga bro. sorry to say. data full la transfer aagama corrupt agirukunga. so once again fresh a transfer pannanum.
Antha software refund window la irunthu refund request raise pannunga. then consider wondershare whatsapp transfer bro.
also whatsapp data ippo android phone la illati its not possible to fix this current backup bro

that is not possible bro just old phone backup restore pannuna ippo one year neenga use pannuna iPhone whatsapp data backup delete agidumnga.
So old data va manual la athula irukara content a google drive la backup eduthutu just iPhone data inimeal store pannurathu icloud sync pannikonga. future la telegram mathiri whatsapp cloud storage option kondu vantha thaan multi device setup oda bettera work aagumga bro.
