in iphone 13 i am not getting whatsapp notifications or calls when app is not kept in background open when i close the app in background that is double tap home screen and swipe whatsapp app im able to get notifications only when the app is open in background how to solve this issue
hi bro, do check settings - notifications - whatsapp option has all the notification settings correctly enabled or if you dont see whatsapp in notifications let me know.

bro all notifications settings enabled in iphone settings for whatsapp as well as inside whatsapp app notifications all all enabled ( im getting notifications and call if i keep the app in background without swiping up it) but mistakenly if i swipe the whatsapp app from recents then i wont get any notifications and whatsapp call also 
do try this troubleshooting steps bro. go to āsettings - general - reset - reset location and privacy settingsā once. then restart iPhone.
Now open whatsapp and you will see āallow notificationsā prompt. give allow and then check if problem fixed or not.

what and all settings will go to default if this reset done bro
after doing the location and privacy reset and restarting the iphone i was prompted only give complete access to contacts only in whats app never prompted allow notification
all settings reset will reset any system settings changes we did bro. wont affect user data. after this, now you see whatsapp under settings - notifications section?

bro i reinstalled ios via itunes now im getting notifications but i have to reinstall all the apps and stuffs and login all apps 
but i feel the phone is little faster than before

iOS Restore is the last step of troubleshooting step bro. good to know issue resolved for now. continue using it. as the cache and system settings cleared out, you will notice such faster performance overall.
