I’m using Iphone 12 mini for past 1.6 years. On March I have updated my phone to ios 16.4. After updating my phone stopped connecting to wifi, Bluetooth, and internet. My phone doesn’t have any physical damage or water lock. when I approached the service centre they saying that this is an hardware issue. But when updated my phone again to ios 16.5 via ituens everything started working fine, then after 5 days it stopped working. when contacted APPLE support there are not giving any proper response. First I thought I’m the only one facing this issue. Later When I searched on Apple discussion forum. Many people reported the same Issue.

hello bro, if any specific issue is identified in a particular model, we soon see a repair or replacement program. for iPhone 12 they do have audio related issue reported and program announced.
the problem of wifi or bluetooth greyed out problem happens even on other models bro. normally physical damage, drop or water contacts being the reason.
If its software issue, then updating the iPhone or performing iOS Restore fixes such problem bro.
Otherwise as service technician said, it could be hardware issue too. I understand you havent dropped or had any water damage before. This is such rare cases where we have to get in touch with service center to get it fixed bro. replacement might be the only way. but if you dont want to spend more on it, you may check with repair possibility at third party service centers.
only at your own personal preference. once unit opened outside apple service center, in future also we have to do the service in third party centers. If you are around chennai, do check with iDot Repairs or iPick Service center once too bro.
Otherwise, perform iOS Restore once and see if it helps or not.
